VOLUME combines our founders’ deep experience across agency, strategy consultancy and media entrepreneurship with a diverse and innovative network of creative and operational talent to create content, build community and create culture for brands.

In 2020 VOLUME was spun out of VIDA, a growth partner and advisory helping to solve the scale challenge for next-generation media and community-powered brands.

We saw a gap in the market for a consultancy-led approach to content marketing and customer experience in an increasingly complex marketing ecosystem.

And client feedback told us there was a market in the gap with clear demand for a delivery model that is agnostic about the solution and the talent and team to deliver it

So far our consultancy team has developed new propositions, owned media platforms and content strategies to transform client experience & build active customer communities for a truly diverse range of businesses.

And our growing studio of creative and operational talent is enabling smooth and cost effective activation & optimisation to build meaningful relationships and drive growth.

Mark Maddox

Managing Partner

Prior to launching VOLUME, Mark was MD & Chief Development Officer  of the award-winning agency SevenC3, following their acquisition of Que Pasa, the social & mobile marketing agency he founded, which worked with leading brands such as Virgin, Red Bull, and Channel4. At SevenC3 Mark led the team that won the Grand Prix at The International Content Marketing Awards and a global Shorty for Best B2B Social Campaign in New York.

Before VOLUME, Kevin held planning director and Chief Strategy Officer roles in digital content agencies, brand consultancy and media, He has decades of experience developing brands, building audiences and delivering growth for corporates, brands and SMEs in B2B, across multiple sectors including ICT, Finance, Banking, Legal, Telco,, Management Consultancy, SaaS businesses, Recruitment, Professional Development and Media.

Peter Cowley

In addition to VOLUME, Peter is CEO of Spirit Digital Media, a multi-platform and audience building company, and Co-Founder of Connected Ventures, a MarTech platform. He is also an advisor for Ascension Media, a seed investment company. Previous To Spirit, Peter was MD of Digital Media for Endemol UK and global head of original digital programming at Endemol International.
